Applying to supply prepaid cards

To apply to supply ALTO cards on behalf of your members please download the form below. If you are ready to order your first batch of cards please accompany this application form with the declaration and consent and cardholder request forms, which can be found below.

Please note that you will need to have a Unity Trust Bank account to be able to supply ALTO cards to your members. To ensure that your application can be dealt with as quickly as possible, please follow all instructions on these documents.

Applying for ALTO cards for your members

To apply for ALTO cards for your members, please download the forms below. You will need one cardholder request form for each member and just one declaration and consent form to batch together all of your requests. This represents the total number of cards requested and the total amount of funds to be loaded onto cards and debited to your Unity account.

Topping up your members' ALTO cards

Once you have ordered cards for your members, you can top these up with more funds on their behalf using the form below:

Using the Continuous Payment Authority form,you can register for regular payments to your card on a specific date for any length of time.

This works in a similar way to a standing order.

Accessing your cards via the internet

Once you have ordered cards for your members you can register for online access to the ALTO cards. This will enable you to view balances, transactions and move funds.
