Administering your ALTO MasterCard® prepaid cards

The forms below provide you with everything you need to know about the services available to administer your ALTO cards.

Ordering more cards

If you would like to order more cards please complete the declaration and consent and the cardholder request forms and send them to us at the address below.

Topping up your employees' prepaid cards

Once you have ordered cards for your employees, you can top these up with more funds on their behalf using the form below:

Using the Continuous Payment Authority form, you can register for regular payments to your card on a specific date for any length of time

This works in a similar way to a standing order.

Accessing your cards via the internet

Once you have ordered cards for your employees you can register for online access to your ALTO cards. This will enable you to view balances, transactions and move funds.

Unrecognised transactions and lost or stolen cards

If a transaction is made from a card, which is not recognised, we will require further information so that we can dispute the transaction on the cardholder's behalf. You can download the relevant form on behalf of the cardholder below. Please follow all instructions on the document. Please note that, after an investigation has been carried out, if it is found that the transaction was authorised by the cardholder, an administration charge will be levied for this service. If a card has been reported lost, the cardholder will be required to complete a declaration form which you can download below. Please follow all instructions on the document for completion.

If a card has been reported stolen, the cardholder will be required to complete a declaration form which you can download below. Please follow all instructions on the document for completion.
